The Pedi People

The Pedi People, owned by Melissa Harrison and Karen Farquar, is a social purpose franchise, a for-profit business helping to solve a social issue that not a lot of people talk about but everyone will most likely to experience: the inability to cut our toenails.

It’s a mobile franchise with teams that come to clients wherever they are to cut and file nails. The service, which isn’t something any of us think about until we need it (and chances are we all will), falls between the gap of a podiatrist and pedicurist and simply care about toenails.

My work with The Pedi People: social media creation and management, video scripts, media releases, direct mail campaigns, franchisee communication and orientation documents, profiles, website content.
